Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The roller elements of compact Linear Unit KLE 5 40x40 LR run inside the profile and are concealed by the timing belt. The linear axis is supplier ready to install and with the timing-belt reverse units already fitted.
The tension of the timing belt and the play on the carriage are easy to adjust. Timing Belt AT3 keeps everything running smoothly.
Despite the compact dimensions, adjusting the play on the four D6 roller elements is very easy. Two eccentric bolts are pre-tensioned with springs. The three stop screws are loosened when the carriage is fitted, which ensures the roller elements move into the ideal, play-free position on the two shafts in the profile.
Drive Set KLE 5 40x40 makes the connection to a motor and gearbox. The timing-belt drive can also be used to run two Linear Units KLE 5 40x40 LR in parallel with the aid of a Tube D16x1.5 St (0.0.664.14) as a synchroniser shaft. 
This shaft can be safely covered with Synchroniser Shaft Cover Set KLE 5 40x40 (0.0.717.72), Conduit Profile U 40x40 E and its matching Lid Profile.
The tension of the timing belt is set via two screws on the reverse unit of Linear Unit KLE 5 40x40 LR. They are spring mounted and alter the position of the reversing pulley. The tension of the timing belt is at its optimum when the screw heads are flush with the surface of the unit’s casing.
