Special features:
item products are based on different modular dimensions and their associated system grooves. Profiles from Lines 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 each need corresponding sizes of fasteners. The profiles in Line X feature a Line 8 system groove but have a particularly flat surface with minimum curve radii that make them ideal for building sealed constructions.

Details

The item Access Door system is based on components that have been carefully coordinated to produce highly functional door solutions. The components are available both separately and as a standardised or configurable door solution.
The finished door can be combined with an outer door frame made of Line 8 profiles (standard or light variants). It can also be opened and closed from both sides and features an all-round seal.
Door Profile 8 103x40 is used to build weight-optimised doors with an all-round rebate. Its Line 8 grooves hold the panels in the door leaf, while its end faces are covered over with Door Profile Cap Set 8 103x40 (0.0.711.62).
The geometry of the Door Profile has been optimised so that an opening can easily be made to accommodate Mortise Lock 40/9mm (0.0.711.45).
Frame Profile 8 31x20 (0.0.707.73) is used as a rebate and is fastened to an outer door frame made of Line 8 profiles (standard or light variants).
